Responsibilities
- Process customer deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments accurately and efficiently.
- Build lasting relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and answering questions about our products and services.
- Assist in opening new checking and savings accounts with accuracy.
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions to ensure accuracy.
- Identify and cross-sell appropriate banking products to meet customer needs.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace that complies with bank security policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous cash handling experience is a plus, but we provide training for the right candidate.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to perform arithmetic calculations quickly and accurately.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills.
