Responsibilities
- Accurately process daily transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve account inquiries efficiently.
- Assist in opening new accounts and explaining banking products to clients.
- Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and security procedures.
- Operate the ATM and cash handling equipment with precision.
- Maintain accurate daily settlement reports and cash drawers.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities to promote our suite of financial products.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience as a bank teller or in a related financial services role is preferred.
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be comfortable with cash handling and POS systems.
