Responsibilities
- Manage daily bookkeeping operations and ensure accurate data entry.
- Reconcile bank statements, credit card accounts, and general ledger accounts.
- Assist with month-end and year-end close procedures.
- Prepare and maintain financial reports, including balance sheets and profit and loss statements.
- Process payroll and expense reports with strict adherence to company policies.
- Perform internal audits and variance analysis to identify discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
- 1-3 years of hands-on accounting experience.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical skills with a high attention to detail.
