Responsibilities
- Manage daily bookkeeping operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts on a monthly basis.
- Process payroll for all employees in compliance with state and federal laws.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with GAAP standards.
- Handle month-end and year-end close procedures efficiently.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (Bachelor's preferred).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional bookkeeping experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage).
- Strong knowledge of Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
