Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end billing cycle, ensuring all invoices are generated and sent accurately.
- Review and reconcile accounts receivable, identifying and resolving discrepancies promptly.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams regarding billing inquiries and outstanding balances.
- Update and maintain accurate financial records and documentation in our CRM system.
- Assist in the month-end close process by preparing billing reports and analysis.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant financial regulations.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or a similar financial role.
- Proficiency with billing software (e.g., QuickBooks, Oracle NetSuite, or Sage) and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
