Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end billing processes for enterprise clients
- Resolve complex billing discrepancies and account reconciliations
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams on contract billing terms
- Generate monthly financial reports and revenue forecasts
- Implement billing system improvements to enhance accuracy
- Comply with SOX regulations and internal controls
- Train staff on billing procedures and software updates
Qualifications
- 3+ years of billing/receivables experience in finance
- Proficiency with QuickBooks, Oracle, or SAP billing modules
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros)
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with EDI and electronic invoicing systems
- Certified Billing and Coding Specialist (CBCS) a plus
