- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including AP/AR, GL, and month-end close
- Prepare financial statements and variance analysis with actionable insights
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and industry regulations
- Oversee payroll processing and tax filings
- Develop and maintain internal financial controls
- Collaborate with leadership on budget forecasting and strategic planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Proven track record with multi-state tax compliance
