Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including AP/AR, general ledger maintenance, and month-end closings
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and variance reports
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and internal controls
- Support audit processes and provide documentation to external auditors
- Implement process improvements for financial workflows and reporting accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial planning and analysis
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and ERP systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with CPA preferred
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience in public or corporate setting
- Expertise in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software (Sage/Oracle)
- Proven track record of meeting tight deadlines in high-volume environments
- Advanced knowledge of tax preparation and regulatory compliance
