Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile client accounts payable/receivable systems
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with GAAP compliance
- Process payroll and expense reports with 100% accuracy
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and journal entries
- Conduct variance analysis for budget vs. actuals
- Support internal audits and regulatory compliance reviews
- Maintain digital financial records with zero tolerance for errors
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel (VLOOKUP/PivotTables)
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
- Expert knowledge of GAAP and California tax regulations
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines in fast-paced environments
