Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience with AI/ML or quantum computing focus
- Expertise in predictive analytics and AI-powered sourcing tools (SeekOut, HireVue)
- Deep understanding of emerging tech talent landscapes and future skill requirements
- Experience with blockchain-based credential verification systems
- Certification in Future-Ready Workforce Planning (FRWP) preferred
- Proven track record in diversity hiring for technical roles
- Advanced knowledge of AR/VR interview technologies
- Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
