Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Verify time records and reconcile payroll discrepancies with precision
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and benefit deductions
- Prepare and file quarterly tax forms (941, 940, state reports)
- Respond to payroll inquiries with exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with HR on new hires, terminations, and payroll adjustments
- Conduct annual payroll audits and process year-end forms (W-2s)
Qualifications
- 5+ years of payroll processing experience with multi-state operations
- Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now or similar payroll software
- Expert knowledge of FLSA, IRS regulations, and state tax laws
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot table experience
- CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) certification preferred
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to handle sensitive data with confidentiality
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
