Responsibilities
- Prepare and file federal, state, and local tax returns for corporate and individual clients
- Conduct in-depth tax research and ensure compliance with evolving tax regulations
- Analyze financial data to identify strategic tax optimization opportunities
- Collaborate with audit and consulting teams to deliver integrated financial solutions
- Manage client relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service
- Utilize tax software (e.g., CCH, ProSystem fx) for accurate return preparation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
- CPA certification or actively pursuing CPA designation
- Minimum 2 years of tax preparation experience in public accounting
- Expertise in corporate and individual taxation (S-Corp, Partnership, 1040)
- Proficiency with tax software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills for client interactions
