Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and income reports
- Manage accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, and bank reconciliations
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and tax regulations (federal/state)
- Develop and maintain detailed accounting systems using QuickBooks Online
- Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis for clients
- Collaborate with auditors during annual reviews and tax season
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience in public/private sector
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
