Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions with accuracy and efficiency, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
- Build strong relationships by providing personalized financial solutions and product recommendations
- Maintain strict adherence to banking regulations, security protocols, and compliance standards
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to branch management
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions to ensure financial integrity
- Actively participate in sales initiatives to achieve branch goals for cross-selling services
- Support branch operations through ATM maintenance, safe deposit services, and record-keeping
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year of cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with ability to explain complex financial concepts
- Proficiency in banking software and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
- Must pass background check and credit verification
- Texas Notary Public certification is a plus
