Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities
- Develop comprehensive financial models for forecasting and budgeting
- Prepare executive-level reports and presentations for stakeholders
- Lead month-end closing processes and variance analysis
- Collaborate with business units to drive cost optimization initiatives
- Monitor KPIs and dashboard performance metrics
- Support strategic planning through scenario modeling
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of financial analysis experience in tech/finance
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and financial modeling tools
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and BI tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication with ability to translate complex data
- CPA or CFA certification a plus
- Proven remote work capabilities and self-management
