- Manage full-cycle accounting processes including month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Prepare and analyse financial statements ensuring compliance with UK GAAP
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and payroll processing
- Collaborate with auditors during statutory audits and tax filings
- Implement and optimise accounting systems for remote team efficiency
- Provide financial insights to support strategic business decisions
- Maintain accurate financial records in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
Qualifications
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified accountant with 5+ years' experience
- Expertise in UK GAAP and HMRC compliance requirements
- Proficiency in accounting software (Xero, QuickBooks, or SAP)
- Strong Excel skills with advanced pivot tables and VLOOKUP
- Proven track record in remote team collaboration
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in fintech or financial services preferred
