Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounting processes for international client portfolios
- Prepare and analyse monthly/quarterly financial statements under UK GAAP
- Lead complex reconciliations and variance analysis across multiple entities
- Oversee VAT compliance and tax reporting for cross-border operations
- Implement process improvements using automation tools like Xero and QuickBooks
- Mentor junior accountants through virtual training sessions
- Ensure SOX compliance and internal controls documentation
Qualifications
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with 5+ years post-qualification experience
- Expertise in UK GAAP and international financial reporting standards
- Advanced proficiency in cloud accounting platforms (Xero, QuickBooks, Sage)
- Proven experience managing remote finance teams
- Strong Excel skills with advanced formula knowledge and Power BI experience
- Exceptional communication skills for stakeholder management
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) preferred
