Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll using ADP Workforce Now for 500+ employees
- Manage garnishments, tax filings, and year-end reconciliation (W-2/1099)
- Collaborate with HR on new hires, terminations, and compensation changes
- Conduct payroll audits and implement process improvements
- Support 401(k) administration and benefits enrollment
- Generate payroll reports for executive leadership and compliance
Qualifications
- 3+ years payroll processing experience with ADP systems
- Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables) and QuickBooks
- CPP or FPC certification preferred
- Deep knowledge of federal/state payroll regulations (FLSA, FICA)
- Experience with multi-state payroll compliance (TX, CA, NY)
- Proven problem-solving skills with payroll discrepancies
- BS in Accounting, Finance, or related field
