Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 200+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies with precision
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations
- Prepare and distribute year-end W-2s and 1099 forms
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and benefit enrollments
- Generate payroll reports for executive review and audits
- Respond to employee payroll inquiries within 24 hours
Qualifications
- 3+ years of US payroll processing experience
- Proficiency in ADP, QuickBooks, and Microsoft Excel
- Deep understanding of FLSA, AZ state labor laws, and ACA requirements
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) certification preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and error prevention skills
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality in sensitive matters
