Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly multi-state payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations (CO, CO, KS)
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and benefit enrollments with 99.7% accuracy
- Prepare and reconcile quarterly tax filings and year-end W-2s
- Collaborate with HR on new hires, terminations, and payroll system updates
- Respond to employee payroll inquiries within 24 hours
- Conduct payroll audits and process adjustments as needed
Qualifications
- 5+ years of payroll processing experience with multi-state compliance
- ADP Workforce Now certification or equivalent proficiency
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Advanced knowledge of FLSA, CO labor laws, and IRS regulations
- Proficiency in Excel with VLOOKUP and pivot table skills
- Proven track record of error-free payroll processing
- Excellent communication skills with ability to explain complex payroll matters
