Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for salaried and hourly employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax filings for multi-state operations
- Conduct payroll audits and resolve discrepancies with precision
- Administer employee benefits including 401(k), health insurance, and stock options
- Collaborate with HR on new hire onboarding and payroll-related policy updates
- Prepare quarterly and annual payroll reports for executive leadership
- Implement process improvements to enhance payroll accuracy and efficiency
Qualifications
- 5+ years of payroll processing experience with multi-state operations
- Advanced proficiency in ADP Workforce Now or similar payroll platforms
- Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or SHRM-CP preferred
- Expert knowledge of federal/state wage-hour laws and FLSA compliance
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in financial transactions
- Experience with year-end tax filings (W-2, 1099) and audits
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
