Responsibilities
- Perform detailed financial analysis and variance analysis on monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for forecasting and budgeting purposes.
- Prepare clear and concise financial presentations for executive leadership.
- Assist in the preparation of the annual operating budget and strategic planning initiatives.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends or risks to the business.
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses to support capital investment decisions.
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and internal controls.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or forecasting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CFA designation is a plus but not required.
