Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial modeling and valuation analyses for corporate clients
- Prepare detailed financial statements, forecasts, and variance reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support M&A transactions
- Develop risk assessment frameworks and mitigation strategies
- Present findings to executive stakeholders with clear data visualizations
- Maintain compliance with SEC regulations and GAAP standards
- Mentor junior analysts through complex financial projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SAP, and financial modeling software
- Deep understanding of SEC reporting requirements
- Proven experience in M&A transaction support
- Strong quantitative and analytical problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
- CPA or CFA designation highly desirable
