Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for diverse workforce using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax filings with 100% accuracy
- Conduct payroll audits and reconcile discrepancies quarterly
- Onboard new hires with payroll system training and documentation
- Respond to employee payroll inquiries within 24 hours
- Implement process improvements using Excel macros and automation
- Stay updated on FLSA, ACA, and Texas payroll regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years payroll processing experience in multi-state environments
- ADP certification or equivalent payroll system expertise
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot table proficiency
- BS in Accounting or Finance preferred
- CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) designation a plus
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive data
- Experience with time and attendance integration systems
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
