Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for multi-state employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Calculate and garnish deductions, taxes, and voluntary deductions
- Reconcile payroll accounts with GL entries and resolve discrepancies
- Generate payroll reports for internal/external stakeholders
- Maintain compliance with federal/state labor regulations
- Support year-end processing and audits
Qualifications
- 3+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience
- Proficiency in ADP or Ceridian payroll systems
- CPP certification or equivalent payroll credentials
- Strong knowledge of FLSA, FICA, and NC state labor laws
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
