Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations (FLSA, FICA, etc.)
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and employee benefit reconciliations
- Conduct payroll audits and resolve discrepancies within SLA timelines
- Prepare quarterly tax filings and year-end W-2/1099 distributions
- Collaborate with HR on new hire onboarding and termination processes
- Implement process improvements using Excel and payroll reporting tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience
- ADP Workforce Now certification or equivalent platform expertise
- Proven knowledge of FLSA, ACA, and multi-state tax regulations
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot table proficiency
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication abilities
