Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle payroll process for over 500 employees on a bi-weekly schedule.
- Ensure strict adherence to federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations (FLSA).
- Process garnishments, deductions, and reimbursements with 100% accuracy.
- Conduct regular audits of payroll data to identify discrepancies and resolve complex employee inquiries.
- Collaborate with the HR and Finance departments to maintain up-to-date employee records.
- Prepare and file monthly/quarterly payroll tax reports.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in payroll processing or a related financial role.
- Expert proficiency in payroll platforms such as ADP, Paychex, or Ceridian.
- Strong working knowledge of tax laws, FLSA regulations, and compliance standards.
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
