Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations (FLSA, FICA, etc.)
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and union benefits with 99.9% accuracy
- Generate payroll reports for CFO and executive leadership teams
- Collaborate with HR on new hire onboarding and terminations
- Audit payroll processes quarterly and implement continuous improvements
- Lead annual payroll audits and tax filings
Qualifications
- 5+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience
- Advanced proficiency in ADP Workforce Now or similar systems
- CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) certification preferred
- Expert knowledge of FLSA, garnishment laws, and ACA reporting
- Strong analytical skills with Excel pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions
- Proven track record of payroll error rates <0.1%
- Ability to manage sensitive employee data with strict confidentiality
- BS/BA in Accounting, Finance, or related field
