Responsibilities
- Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for all employees using [Payroll Software Name] ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Prepare and distribute payroll reports, including garnishments, deductions, and tax filings.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding pay stubs, time off balances, and payroll discrepancies.

- Collaborate with HR and Finance departments to resolve payroll discrepancies and update employee information.
- Assist in the preparation of year-end tax documents (W-2s and 1099s).
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Human Resources preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on payroll processing experience.
- Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., ADP, Paychex, or similar) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong knowledge of FLSA regulations, wage and hour laws, and tax compliance requirements.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex payroll concepts to non-financial staff.
