Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 200+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Calculate and garnish deductions, taxes, and benefits contributions
- Resolve payroll discrepancies through audit trails and reconciliation
- Generate payroll reports for management and compliance purposes
- Maintain confidential employee records and tax documentation
- Collaborate with HR on new hire onboarding and terminations
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience with ADP/QuickBooks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
- Familiarity with FLSA and NM wage laws
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Business Administration
- CPP certification preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
