Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll for 200+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Calculate and garnish wages for tax levies, child support, and wage assignments
- Reconcile payroll accounts and prepare quarterly/annual tax filings
- Manage time-off accruals and leave-of-absence processing
- Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with FLSA and state regulations
- Train payroll staff on system updates and process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience
- ADP certification or equivalent payroll software expertise
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
- Familiarity with Arizona state unemployment and wage laws
- BS in Accounting or Finance preferred
- Proven track record of zero-error payroll cycles
