Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for multi-state workforce using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax filings for all 50 states
- Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies with precision
- Assist with year-end reporting including W-2s and 1099s
- Implement process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency
- Act as payroll liaison during HR audits and compliance reviews
Qualifications
- 5+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience
- Expert knowledge of federal/state labor laws and FLSA requirements
- Advanced proficiency in ADP or similar payroll software
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPP certification preferred
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
- Experience with Excel pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
