Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Calculate and garnish wage deductions, bonuses, and commissions
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations
- Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Generate payroll reports for executive and HR teams
- Manage employee time-off requests and accruals
- Collaborate with HR during audits and compliance reviews
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience in California
- ADP certification or equivalent payroll software expertise
- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools
- Strong understanding of FLSA and CA labor laws
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
