Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax filings
- Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Prepare payroll reports for executive leadership
- Support year-end processing and audits
- Train junior payroll staff on system procedures
Qualifications
- 5+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience
- Expert knowledge of FLSA, IRS, and WA state regulations
- Advanced proficiency in ADP and Microsoft Excel
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- CPP certification strongly preferred
- Proven ability to handle confidential data with discretion
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
