Responsibilities
- Develop complex financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and scenario analysis
- Analyze financial performance trends and provide actionable insights to senior leadership
- Lead month-end/quarter-end closing processes and ensure SOX compliance
- Create executive dashboards and KPI tracking for C-suite stakeholders
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis for strategic planning
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on M&A due diligence
- Maintain and optimize financial reporting systems (SAP/Oracle)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in a corporate setting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (Power Query, VBA) and financial modeling
- Strong SQL and data visualization skills (Tableau/Power BI)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
- Deep knowledge of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to executive audiences
