Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough financial analysis, variance analysis, and forecasting to support executive decision-making.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and presentations for senior management.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess business performance and identify opportunities for cost reduction and revenue growth.
- Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and regulatory compliance documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and financial modeling.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) or financial reporting software is a strong plus.
- Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
