Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive financial models and forecasts to support business decision-making.
- Perform variance analysis to monitor budget vs. actuals and identify key drivers of performance.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive leadership.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Assist in the annual budgeting process and long-term strategic planning initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of proven experience in financial analysis or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and financial modeling software.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is highly preferred.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CFA designation is a plus.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
