Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for stakeholders.
- Perform variance analysis to explain differences between budget and actual performance.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for forecasting and scenario planning.
- Conduct in-depth market research and industry trend analysis.
- Assist in the annual budgeting process and capital expenditure planning.
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
- 3+ years of professional experience in financial analysis or a related role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros) and financial modeling.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) is preferred.
