Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis and variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost savings.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive leadership and stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning.
- Cross-functional collaboration with department heads to understand business drivers and assist in resource allocation.
- Assist in the annual budgeting process and support external and internal audits.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is required.
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and general financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills for presenting findings to non-financial audiences.
