Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for business growth
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and valuation
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports and presentations for executive leadership
- Collaborate with department heads to align financial strategies with business objectives
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support M&A activities and investment decisions
- Streamline financial processes and implement automation solutions
- Maintain compliance with SOX regulations and internal controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or investment environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling tools
- Strong understanding of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills to present complex data to non-financial stakeholders
