Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including variance analysis and trend forecasting.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support budgeting and long-term strategic planning.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for executive stakeholders.
- Assist in the budget preparation process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend process improvements to enhance profitability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess the financial impact of new business initiatives.
- Present financial findings and recommendations to the board of directors and senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or related areas.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and financial modeling.
- Familiarity with SQL or Python for data extraction and analysis is a strong plus.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CFA designation is a significant advantage.
- Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
