Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end billing processes including invoicing, payment application, and account reconciliation
- Resolve billing discrepancies and customer inquiries with exceptional service
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure contract compliance
- Analyze billing data to identify optimization opportunities and reduce errors
- Maintain compliance with healthcare/finance industry regulations (HIPAA, SOX)
- Generate monthly billing reports for executive review
Qualifications
- 3+ years of billing or accounts receivable experience in healthcare or financial services
- Proficiency in billing software (e.g., Epic, Cerner, SAP) and MS Office Suite
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication abilities for stakeholder interactions
- Certified Billing and Coding Specialist (CBCS) preferred
