- Lead month-end closing procedures with zero tolerance for reconciliation errors
- Collaborate with compliance team to ensure HIPAA and CMS regulation adherence
- Mentor junior staff on billing best practices and new system implementations
- Develop automated reporting dashboards to track KPIs like days in AR and clean claim rates
Qualifications
- 5+ years of medical billing experience with commercial and government payers
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) or CPC certification required
- Expert proficiency in Epic Resolute and Revenue Cycle Management software
- Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and macros
- Proven track record of reducing claim denials by 25%+
