Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile complex invoices across multiple clients and departments
- Resolve billing discrepancies and disputes with clients and internal teams

- Generate monthly revenue reports and financial statements
- Implement process improvements for billing efficiency and accuracy
- Train junior staff on billing systems and protocols
- Ensure compliance with SOX and financial regulations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of billing or accounts receivable experience
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Certification in Billing or Finance (preferred)
- Experience in healthcare or SaaS billing (a plus)
