Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile complex invoices for diverse client portfolios
- Manage accounts receivable cycles and collections activities
- Analyze billing discrepancies and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams on contract billing terms
- Generate monthly billing reports and financial statements
- Optimize billing workflows using ERP systems
- Ensure compliance with SOX and revenue recognition standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of billing or accounts receivable experience
- Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUP
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certified Billing Specialist (CBS) or equivalent preferred
- Experience in SaaS or tech industry billing preferred
