Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end billing cycles for corporate clients and internal departments
- Reconcile accounts receivable with ERP systems and resolve discrepancies
- Process complex invoices, credit memos, and payment adjustments
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to resolve billing inquiries
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA/PCI-DSS regulations for financial data
- Generate monthly billing reports and KPI dashboards for leadership
- Optimize billing workflows to reduce DSO by 15% annually
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in medical/technical billing or accounts receivable
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Sage, or comparable billing software
- Strong knowledge of GAAP revenue recognition principles
- Certified Billing and Coding Specialist (CBCS) preferred
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions
- Experience with EDI claim submission and 837 processing
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication abilities
