Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledgers, accounts receivable/payable, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis reports
- Manage payroll processing and tax compliance for multiple entities
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable cycles and cash flow optimization
- Implement and maintain QuickBooks Online/Xero systems
- Coordinate with external auditors during tax season
- Develop financial models for business forecasting
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional bookkeeping experience with multi-entity portfolios
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Xero
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot table mastery
- Active CPA certification or equivalent accounting degree
- Proven experience with sales tax filing (WA state)
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication skills for client stakeholder management
