Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end billing processes for enterprise clients using Salesforce CPQ and NetSuite
- Resolve complex billing discrepancies through detailed research and stakeholder collaboration
- Optimize billing workflows to reduce DSO by 15% quarterly
- Generate monthly revenue reports and KPI dashboards for executive review
- Ensure compliance with SOX controls and revenue recognition standards
- Train junior billing staff on system updates and best practices
- Collaborate with sales and accounting teams on contract billing terms
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive billing experience in SaaS or fintech
- Expert proficiency in Salesforce, NetSuite, and Excel VLOOKUP/PivotTables
- Certified Billing Professional (CBP) or equivalent preferred
- Proven track record of reducing billing errors below 0.5%
- Advanced knowledge of ASC 606 revenue recognition standards
- Experience managing high-volume B2B billing cycles ($10M+ ARR)
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to granular detail
