Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis to drive strategic decision-making.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive leadership and stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to assess performance against key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Identify trends and opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement within the organization.
- Assist in the annual budgeting process and provide guidance to department heads on resource allocation.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis on specific business units to support investment decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA is a plus).
- 3+ years of proven experience in financial analysis, financial planning, or a related role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) or BI tools (Tableau, PowerBI).
- Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
