Responsibilities

- Develop comprehensive financial models, forecasts, and variance reports
- Collaborate with department heads to prepare budgets and monitor performance
- Create executive-level dashboards and presentations for leadership
- Conduct market analysis and competitive benchmarking studies
- Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance financial reporting efficiency
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and financial modeling tools
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills with proven presentation experience
- CFA or CPA certification highly desirable
